Biographical Sketch: In my eight years as the Director of Financial Aid for the Duke University School of Nursing, I've focused on providing a high level of customer service to students and implementing process improvements while working to educate student borrowers and keep loan debts down.
Previously, I spent eight years at the Duke Undergraduate Financial Aid office, where I developed a budgeting workshop for freshman orientation, advised a student group focused on financial literacy, and assisted with a first-generation student focus group. I was also the Admissions office liaison and gave financial aid presentations within the greater Durham community.
