Biographical Sketch: Jennifer has been with the Office of Student Financial Aid at Iowa State University for 13 years serving in a variety roles. Currently, Jennifer manages the Student Loan Education Office, responsible for financial literacy efforts on campus. Jennifer has a BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and MS in Family Financial Planning from Kansas State University.
