Biographical Sketch: Paula Luff serves as the associate vice president for Enrollment Services at DePaul University the largest Catholic university in the country with almost 22,000 students. In her current role, Paula leads the Office of Financial Aid, the Registrars Office along with DePaul Central DePauls one stop service center. Paula is an experienced leader within the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing, having served in several leadership roles for Financial Aid since 2003 before taking on the Registrars Office in 2014.
Paula has more than twenty-five years of experience in financial aid and has held positions at a variety of colleges and universities, including Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Loyola University Chicago. She has presented on various financial aid topics at the state, regional and national level for several professional organizations.
