Biographical Sketch: Christine Isett has been with the U.S. Department of Education since 2004, having served in different capacities in the Office of Postsecondary Education, Office of the Secretary, and Federal Student Aid (FSA). Currently, Christine develops and implements strategies to improve the student and borrower experience with the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
Christine began her career in public service as a staff assistant with a U.S. Senate office in 2000, and has also served as the Director of Communications for the Texas Charter Schools Association. Christine is a native Texan and received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and public relations from Texas Tech University.
