Biographical Sketch: Amy has spent the last 17 years in higher education, 8 of those years working in and leading financial aid offices at large national and international institutions. During this time, she has guided departments through the change management process achieving improved student satisfaction, reduced processing time, and increased accuracy. She has demonstrated the ability to improve operational outcomes at a variety of institutions while creating a level of synergy amongst her employees affording institutions the opportunity for phenomenal growth. Amy holds a BS in English Secondary Education from The College of Saint Rose and a M.S in Higher Education Administration from Walden University.
