Biographical Sketch: Lauren “Lo” Moser Klink, Associate Director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is both an experienced higher education leader and speaker in the field of implicit bias. She has worked with groups both on and off-campus to understand their biases as means to reduce systemic inequality. Her intervention strategies will soon be published in the Journal of Student Financial Aid. Lo leads a team which is charged with creating access to higher education through strategic partnerships and successful administration of aid programs while supporting a robust student experience and complimentary student engagement opportunities.
