Biographical Sketch: Carlos Villarroel has been in financial aid for over 15 years. He is currently the Associate Director at
PCC. He has held many other roles in the past at 2 other colleges.
He was hired at PCC in 2018 and really enjoys working for an
institution he once attended. He has three daughters and his favorite pastime is taking his family to
watch his hometown, Oregon State Beavers play football. He loves working on his 1978 Toyota Land
Cruiser and spending time with family. He’s passionate about making a difference and serving students
in the best way possible.
