Biographical Sketch: Pamela LaFleur serves as an Assistant Director of Compliance in the Student Financial Aid Office at Kent State University. She has worked in financial aid for almost eight years, and has been certified as a Lean Higher Education Practitioner.
Pam received her bachelor’s degree in Biology at Kent State University and her Master of Education in Secondary Science Education at The University of Akron. She taught middle school and high school science for several years in local school districts before beginning her work in Student Financial Aid.
During her free time, Pam likes to spend time outdoors with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys reading and teaching water aerobics.
