Biographical Sketch: Lou Murray is a 26-year veteran in the higher education community, having worked as a lender, guarantor, servicer, ombudsman, e-commerce representative. In January of this year, Lou became the Southwest/Rocky Mountain Regional Lead for Earnest.
As a first-generation graduate from the University of Houston, a former pastor and a leader in various school associations, Lou has a passion for public speaking, motivating others, and breaking up the stigmas and stereotypes associated with mental illness. As a mental health advocate, Lou has been the keynote presenter for associations such as CASLAAR, TASCUBO, Texas BUC$ and various other associations, universities and podcasts.
Lou's personal joys are to "geek or rock out" with his three kids (Alessandra, Aliana and Ian), or catch a good game with his wife, Nidia, or bond with his two pups, Acee and Stevie. Lou resides in Pearland, TX.
