Biographical Sketch: Amanda Randolph is the associate director in Cornell University's Office of Enrollment Compliance and Design. She has been in this role for 2 1/2 years now, but began her time in higher education, working in Financial Aid. Amanda specializes in all things compliance, policy development, advancing strategic initiatives and cat herding (though this is mostly at home with her three girls, two dogs and husband). Amanda believes that one of the most critical pieces of working in higher education, is being able to generously collaborate and ensure everyone has a place at the table. She encourages this not only in her own office, but across the greater campus community.
