Biographical Sketch: Rodney Oto has been in the financial aid profession for over 40 years. He's been at Carleton College for 22 years and previously has served at the University of Minnesota, Morris, Austin College, Colorado College and Coe College. He has degrees from Harvard University and Coe College. He grew up in Hawaii and is not quite sure why he remains in Minnesota!
