Biographical Sketch: Francisco has been involved in Student Financial Aid Administration for over 39 years at various large public Universities. He is in his sixteenth year as the Director of Financial Aid at Florida International University. He is currently serving on the P-20W Electronic Standards Council Board of Directors. He is also on College Board's CSS National Assembly. He was on the NASFAA Board for the2019. He was also the 2013-2014 Chair of the NASFAA Technology Initiatives Committee. He has served on many NASFAA committees including the Reauthorization Task Force, Technology, Need Analysis, and College Access. He has presented at State, Regional, and National Conferences.
