Biographical Sketch: Sarah has worked in financial aid since 2006, starting her career at a community college. She is currently the Director of Financial Aid Operations at Gonzaga University. She is active in the financial aid community at the state and regional level. Additionally she is a NASFAA Standards of Excellence (SOE) Team Leader, Assessment Leader, and a Peer Reviewer.
