Biographical Sketch: Rachelle Feldman is the Vice Provost of Enrollment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Rachelle is the current chair of the Higher Education Loan Coalition and is a trustee of the National Endowment for Financial Education. She is a member of NASFAA's FAFSA simplification task force and has served on NASFAA's Federal Issues Committee, Rapid Response network and Chaired its Prior-Prior Year Implementation and Program Integrity Task Forces. Rachelle is a proud Cal Alum, adopted Tar Heel, and advocate for students of all socio-economic backgrounds.
