One of the outcomes from the pandemic has been a shift across many offices to more online or hybrid services for our students. This panel will discuss the changes that were made in the ways we served our students during the pandemic, the lessons learned and the innovations we plan to keep in place moving forward to allow us to offer student services in a variety of formats. This discussion will include changes made on a staffing level to incorporate hybrid work-environments as well as changes made to the way offices provide services to incoming and continuing students.
We will be using Kahoot for a quick survey at the start of the meeting. Please download Kahoot to your phone or tablet prior to the session https://kahoot.com/home/mobile-app/
