Biography: After beginning my financial aid career at my alma mater, Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, over twenty-five years ago, I have spent the last fifteen years as Director of Financial Aid at Waynesburg University. Considering that I started this career not knowing how to spell "FAFSA" let alone knowing what it meant, these twenty-five years have enabled me not only to touch many live but, more importantly, to be touched by many wonderful people!
