Biography: After working in admissions, orientation, and housing, Randy J. Ulses began in Student Financial Aid at the University of Cincinnati as an advisor in 1994 with a goal of 2 years work before returning to admissions. Still with the UC aid office, Randy is now co-director as the university begins the conversion to a new enterprise system. Along the way, he served as president of the Ohio Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (OASFAA) and has been a Delegate at Large for the Midwest Association (MASFAA).
