Biography: Rebecca Jenkins is a marketing and public relations professional with 13 years of experience in strategic public relations, marketing and internal communication. She currently serves as the director of marketing and communication for The University of Findlay where she is in charge of marketing strategy, branding, website management, enrollment marketing, media buying and public relations. In this role, Jenkins has helped lead efforts that have resulted in four consecutive semesters of enrollment increases, most recently an 8.5 percent increase this fall. Prior to leading the marketing and communication team at UF, Rebecca served as director of marketing and public relations for Lima Memorial Health System for five years. Her work there included developing and implementing an online ER Wait Time campaign, resulting in a 12 percent increase in ER volumes, and projected $1.2 million in additional revenue. Jenkins holds an M.B.A. in marketing from The University of Toledo and a B.A. in communication from The University of Findlay. She is a member of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of PRSA and serves as advisor for Findlay's PRSSA Chapter. Jenkins is also a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling.
