Biography: Ofelia Morales got her start in Financial Aid as a work-study student back in 1991 at the University of Southern Colorado – now CSU-Pueblo. She has held positions at CSU-Pueblo, New Mexico Higher Education Department and has been the Associate Director of Client Services at CU-Boulder for the last 6 years.
