This session will discuss how to create an FSA ID and explain where it can be used. The session will also cover how to use the self-service feature for common issues, such as locked accounts, forgotten username and passwords; will address common user errors associated with the FSA ID; and will provide information about resources for financial aid administrators and counselors.
