President Obama's Student Aid Bill of Rights, announced in 2015, directed the Department of Education (ED) to “create a responsive student feedback system” for customers of federal student aid programs. The FSA Feedback System is now operational, enabling customers to provide ED with feedback related to their student aid experience and receive clear resolutions faster and easier than ever before. This session will provide an overview of what the system does, and does not, mean for institutions and other ED partners in the federal aid environment.
