How do you handle the complexities of 142,000 ISIRs? With over 90,000 students that come and go, UMUC has a financial aid office staff of 68 people, and is still growing. The workload to accurately process this number of FAFSAs is staggering. Come hear how we've organized ourselves and what we've learned -- both good and bad.
