We talk a lot about how to communicate with students, but do we consider all of the different mediums available to us to do so? We’ll share a variety of studies from campuses, researchers, and organizations about communicating with college students, including a study that asked over 35,000 students which platforms they prefer to be reached on. We’ll also discuss strategies different financial aid offices are using to revamp their student communications, and provide practical tips to take back to your office.
