The U.S. Department of Education is taking a closer look at distance education programs and their compliance with Title IV regulations governing areas like regular and substantive interaction, verification of initial attendance, and last date of attendance when a student withdraws. Because of the serious consequences of failing to document compliance, this session aims to equip attendees with the tools they need to develop effective distance education compliance strategies.
