This session will cover how financial aid officers can use online tools, content, and calculators to help students better understand their student loan options, enabling them to make the most informed decision for how to pay for college or graduate school based on their own personal circumstances.  The session will walk through specific examples of unbiased tools and content that financial aid officers can use to help students make these decisions.
