Institutions spend millions on recruiting and enrollment, only to see their pipeline of admitted students melt, with up to 40% of those accepted failing to attend—many after giving up on the financial aid process. It’s a problem with profound economic implications for institutions and a disparate impact on low-income and first-generation students. This panel will help college leadership identify the questions they should ask and the tools, strategies and steps they can take to stop leaks in the pipeline at their school.
