The best way to honor a veteran is to ensure that his or her experience at your institution is a positive one. From the "culture shock" of joining higher education to struggling with PTSD, financial aid administrators need to understand the perspective of the veteran student. This session will explore best practices in financial aid and will explore the re-entry perspective of both male and female veterans.
