This session will present research from two related projects:
The first is from focus groups performed at the 2016 Conference. The second is a quantitative survey of NASFAA members to be performed in November in conjunction with TG and NASFAA.
Both research projects seek to better understand the borrower experience. We asked what works, where are the impediments, how do they reach the most at-risk students, and what innovative actions they are aware of, doing, or considering.
