Imagine a student taking a picture of a personally identifiable information (PII) document with their phone and before you know it they close a requirement and the doc is in their imaging folder. To keep financial aid documentation that contains personal and sensitive information confidential, Berkeley College developed BerkBox, a secure and convenient way for students and parents to submit documents to Berkeley College's financial aid and admissions departments. Come to this session to hear about lessons learned during and after implementation.
