Student debt letter legislation has passed in numerous states, and a growing number of non-mandated schools are adopting this student support initiative. The immediate result is the addition of one more task to the already lengthy to-do list of financial aid administrators. This session will help reduce the stress of implementation by providing insight from colleagues who have successfully introduced annual indebtedness correspondence. Their stories include: tried and true steps to implementation, best practices for success, and how to avoid unintended consequences and capture positive outcomes.
