The contemporary financial aid office has a unique and critical role in creating opportunities for student access and in ensuring student persistence. As aid administrators, our jobs are evolving in a way that necessitates a "to and through" approach to everything that we do — from financial aid awarding and processing to financial aid counseling and outreach. Join colleagues from Colorado State University to learn how they have implemented a true student access and student success model in the office of financial aid. Staffing structure, strategies, and outcomes from CSU's experience will be shared.
