Join this session to learn how to simplify and consolidate your financial aid website to make content more readable, navigable, and stakeholder-focused for all audiences. Presenters will share free, easy-to-use tools for financial aid staff to use when simplifying and consolidating their financial aid website. Finally, real world examples of financial aid websites will demonstrate how communication can be aligned in ways that clearly articulate how to apply for and receive financial aid.
