This session will provide an update on the Next Gen initiative, which has spearheaded much of the development that has occurred at FSA in recent years. In this session, you can learn about the new tools and systems that FSA will launch in 2022 and beyond, including the new NSLDS and PEPS, and provide more insight into the new loan repayment environment that FSA is building as the legacy loan servicing contracts expire.
