This session will focus on how Florida A & M University (FAMU) proactively transforms financial aid access by empowering students with better tools and resources. The University is committed to building the financial aid office of the future by creating an environment of positive change in providing better engagement models, improving financial aid visibility, and helping students make better financial decisions. This program will highlight critical decisions, goals, and benefits of FAMU’s journey in using modern technology to create better lives for its students and their families.
