This session will explore ideas on how your school may be able to serve students and parents even better. You will hear the unique insights of financial aid professionals who recently assisted their children during the college search process. We will also explore the ethics of managing relationships with colleagues during the search process, how to be a good colleague, and how to make sure you are not taking advantage of your knowledge and professional ties. The panel will consider how and when parents should assist students in the college search process.
