This session will explore how different financial aid notification formats, terms, and other factors help or hinder student understanding and decision making. uAspire and New America conducted a quantitative and qualitative review of over 6,000 award letters from more than 500 colleges and universities to identify best practices and concerning trends for financial aid communication.
