Communicating effectively with students (especially millennials and Gen Z) is exceedingly difficult. It requires first getting their attention – but that's harder and harder to do in a world where 7,740 tweets are sent per second. A consistent message paired with a multi-channel approach is driving success at institutions nationwide. Panelists will share the channels they’re optimizing to drive student engagement, how they develop and distribute a cohesive message across channels to maximize awareness, and the importance of working cross-functionally with key stakeholders in marketing and enrollment. We'll work through a sample scenario, share success metrics, and provide easily implementable channel tips.
