Based on Patrick Lencioni's book "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" we take a close look at the challenges teams face as they seek to grow together. Even the best of teams sometimes struggle to work together. We will talk about ways to overcome distrust and office politics to achieve important goals as one cohesive effective unit.
