A mental health awareness discussion, as we look into how stress, personal and professional issues, depression, anxiety and perspectives within us impact others, our productivity and our drive. We will review data regarding these issues at the workplace, ponder correlations happening at home, hear testimony regarding one's battle with depression and offer suggestions on how to relight our spark and passions that make us successful.
