Enrollment management is one of the new professional fields in higher education, but at many colleges and universities, it is one of the most critical. In this session the presenters will provide some background and academic theory on what enrollment management should look like and then transition into the nuts and bolts of how one school approached the task of creating their first strategic enrollment plan.
